The place is slightly off the centre but within city train / tram reach. It has all the basic amenities, inclusive of bed, shared shower and a water kettle. What else would the backpacker on a go need? Yes, the price was perhaps the best in town!
And the pleasant receptionist lady was from Odesa (that's in Ukraine)

If you are looking for cosy, clean and good priced place hostel Victoria is for you. I stayed there for only one night and I was surprised that such high standard could be a hostel. I recommend it Honestly
